Credit Refunds

asianwebcams.co.nz may issue Credit refunds for the following:

• 1. Technical issues during paid video chat sessions;
• 2. Technical accessing and/or using the site;
• 3. Unsatisfactory paid video chat sessions;
• 4. Unspent Credit purchases made in error.

Bank Refunds

asianwebcams.co.nz is prepared to issue a refund to your credit card for unspent transactions in your account that were purchased within the last 30 days.

In the event that you are new (i.e. you do not have any previous paying accounts and made your first Credit purchase within the last 30 days) to asianwebcams.co.nz and are not satisfied with the services provided by asianwebcams.co.nz, asianwebcams.co.nz will be prepared to issue a refund to your credit card up for up to $25.

Refund Requests Made Directly to Your Bank or Payment Processors

Please note that requesting a refund directly from your credit card company or the asianwebcams.co.nz billing processors may result in your account with asianwebcams.co.nz being terminated with immediate effect. In the event that your account is terminated, you will not be permitted to open further accounts with asianwebcams.co.nz.

Chargebacks and Fraud

Chargebacks and/or any activity that will prevent asianwebcams.co.nz from collecting funds from a Credit purchase will be considered fraudulent and may result in your account with asianwebcams.co.nz being terminated with immediate effect.

In the event that your account is terminated, you will not be permitted to open further accounts with asianwebcams.co.nz.

If you believe a chargeback and/or credit card refund was issued in error, asianwebcams.co.nz will require that you repay the amount purchased. Once the disputed amount has been covered, asianwebcams.co.nz will reactivate your account with its service.

asianwebcams.co.nz will use all of its rights under the law, to claim back funds that were fraudulently removed as a result of chargebacks and/or credit card refunds. asianwebcams.co.nz reserves the right to provide 3rd parties with any identifiable details it may have in order to claim back funds that were lost due to fraudulent activity.
